imscp new install [ERROR] Couldn't update APT index.

i will install a new imscp on Debian Jessy.

After Download and perl imscp-autoinstall -d i have a Error. " [ERROR] Couldn't update APT index. "

After apt-get update && dist-upgrade i have

[FATAL] iMSCP::Dialog::_resize: A screen at least 24 lines tall and 80 columns wide is required. Please enlarge your screen. at /usr/local/src/imscp/engine/PerlLib/iMSCP/Dialog.pm line 503.

Can you help me please ?
