Login as reseller
list your Customers
Click on "edit domain"
Under "Features" section check "Custom DNS records"
Click UpdateThen you'll be able as customer to set your Custom DNS records

Well it was not easy to understand what choice to make and what to not. The documentation is not enough mature. However can we make the change now?

When asked, choose Bind9 server. Once after, you'll be able to enable custom DNS feature for your client as showed by @kess -
