    If I want to add some extra disable_function entries (apache only), is it enough to place these into the global php.ini?
    /etc/php5/cgi and fpm

    That's either /etc/php5/cgi/php.ini or /etc/php5/fpm.php.ini but not both, depending on the i-MSCP HTTPD server implementation you use.


    You can of course modify one of those php.ini file but you should also create an i-MSCP listener file to keept your changes on i-MSCP update/reconfiguration.
