Problem is that a subscriber can registers with a valid recipient that will becomes invalid later on (domain down, recipient deletion and so on).

IMO, the simplest way here is to install RoundcubePlugins module, enable managesieved in its options and create filter which will remove all e-mails with Undelivered/delivery/undeliverable etc in topic.

You don't need to use it, you just have to set it once using roundcube as sieve (which is "daemon" for managesieved) is working with dovecot. Of course you can use any other way to set sieve's rules.
