Panel Cert not working after migration

I have migrated a System to a new server and copied my own cert (content of pem file) into /etc/imscp/admin.host3.mypanel.com.pem
and also into imscp_services.pem
but now the browser shows:

admin.host3.mypanel.com:8443 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

could it be that my cert (comodo positive ssl) does not work with ngnix?

also my mail.err shows errors:

authdaemond: failed to connect to mysql server (server=localhost, userid=authdaemon_user): Access denied for user 'authdaemon_user'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I'll try to re-run setup but it did not ask me for the service passwords pms user etc. how can I solve this?

because of DNS changes during migration my ISP did not updated their NS ...
I have added the server IP and domain into my local /etc/hosts until my ISP updated the NS
