Plugin for domain aliases auto-approval is now available

    Plugin for domain aliases auto-approval is now available in the i-MSCP plugins repository ( https://github.com/i-MSCP/plug…master/DomainAutoApproval ).


    Install process:


    Code
    1. # cd /usr/local/src
    2. # git clone git://github.com/i-MSCP/plugins.git
    3. # cd plugins/DomainAutoApproval


    And then, follow instructions given in the README file of the plugin.

  • what do you think is the simplest way to make it so that it is enabled for all domains? i think this should be default behavior. if they should not have aliases, their hosting package should already be set. if they are allowed more aliases, they should activate automatically.

    Approval for domain aliases is not based on the fact that an user can or not add them. It's about security issues. The current version is OK. Next version will allow to setup domain accounts for which approval is not needed via the plugin interface directly.

  • I cannot think of any security issues that are not 0.0001% probability. no other panel requires this, and it would make it very very difficult to manage on a large scale. and anger people waiting for approval. so, aside from me writing a script to grab all domain names from the database and enter them into config.php every 10 minutes... what is the best way to enable this for all domains?
