Please add index.htm to DirectoryIndex

Hello,
The i-MSCP 1.3.0 vhosts DirectoryIndex is index.html.If my index is index.htm.I need change my index extension name or add DirectoryIndex index.htm

Could add index.htm to DirectoryIndex?

@Nuxwin as I know we removed support of .htm-extension because this extension is not used since some years..?

This fix will be part of next release.
