Unable to Install Completely

Help I can not seem to complete the install!?

I am a newbie to the project and wishing this is what I have been looking for.

I have spent over 9 1/2 hours trying to install the package and keep failing.

My Specs are as follows:
OS: Linux
Distrib: Debian Server
Arch: amd64
Code Name: Jessie
Release: 8.5

ERROR OCCURRED:

I have tried many different remedies found on Google and all have failed.

Installed all missing modules from Perl. NO EFFECT!
Installed Perl via dh-make-perl. Failed.
Installed Perl via CPAN. FAILED.

PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

Your problem is due to the fact that your are mixing packages from stable and another repository which provide the libperl5.22 5.22.0~rc2-2 package. Thus, APT cannot autoselect perl as replacement because as shown in your error message, there is two possible replacements. Please show us your /etc/apt/sources.list file and also the content of any file found in the /etc/apt/sources.list.d directory.

Be aware that we don't support such exotic installation. You should install i-MSCP on a base Debian installation.

Are you able to install libperl5.22 using apt-get ?

Bad idea libperl5.22 is not part of stable version (Debian Jessie)... Installing this package would lead to installation or upgrade of many other packages and the system would be in inconsistent state...

@Nuxwin regarding all this repos OP have shown to us, I'm just trying to guess why there are no options to install anything from jessie's repo...

The libperl5.22 5.22.0~rc2-2 package is not part of stable. Don't ask me why APT found it... There is something wrong on his system.
