when I run the script nightlyupdate

is the following error message

[ERROR] iMSCP::Stepper::_callback: Can't locate object method "isMountpoint" via package "/var/chroot/CronJobs/jail/dev/pts" (perhaps you forgot to load "/var/chroot/CronJobs/jail/dev/pts"?) at /usr/local/src/imscp/engine/PerlLib/iMSCP/Mount.pm line 133, <> line 2.

autoinstaller::Functions::install: An error occurred while performing installation steps

My system

Debian Jessy 8,5
Mysql 5,7

You should avoid usage of 1.3.x... No support.

I'll fix the issue above but be aware that due to change in the iMSCP::Mount library, both, InstantSSH and CronJobs plugin will not work correctly with 1.3.x branch. You must wait until 1.3.1 i-MSCP version for which new InstantSSH and CronJobs plugin versions will be available.
