- assuming like you said as it was a bug with i-mscp - vs the plugin...
So in some cases like mine I can't update past 2.2.5 until 1.3.1 correct?

As I've said here: PhpSwitcher 2.2.6 400 Errors, the bug is in i-MSCP core, not in the PhpSwitcher plugin. Therefore, you must wait for i-MSCP version 1.3.1. I'm wondering why you ask that question again...

Note: We are just a bit late for the 1.3.1 release.
