If I enable the include subdomains feature at my main domain (http://www.domain.tld), is it enabled for every subdomain?

Yes! That's exactly what that means.
It is enabled for that domain and its subdomains, not for other domains.

It's just the HSTS "includeSubDomains" flag. I also recommend enabling HSTS for these subdomains via panel. Activating these box does not mean that for all subdomains HSTS will also be enabled in panel.
