Now that it is done, I'll fix the problem and once done, I'll give you the instruction to patch your installation.

Right now you can do:

• -d: debug mode
• -a: skip composer packages
• -s: skip distro packages
• -r: reconfigure mode
• panel_hostname: item to reconfigure

I'll fix the setup script.

That fix will be part of next version 1.2.16 which will be released this evening.
