[SOLVED]Let's encrypt Status stuck in "progress..."

  • Hi,

    I am experiencing a problem with the latest version 3 of the Let's encrypt plugin.

    I paid the subscription, installed and activated the plugin but as soon as I try to activate it for the panel and services it gets stuck on status: "SSL certificate renewal in progress..." and "New SSL certificate issuance in progress...". Same is happening on clients end.

    I am running i-MSCP v. 1.3.16 on a debian 8 server.

    conf output:

    PANEL_SSL_ENABLED = yes
    SERVICES_SSL_ENABLED = yes

    All server-side requirements are met.

    I tried to disable / delete / deactivate the plugin with no luck.

    I would really appreciate any help.

    Anyone experiencing the same issue?

  • The output of tail:

    tail: cannot open '/var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log' for reading: No such file or directory
    tail: no files remaining

    Which is extremely strange...

    What could be wrong?

    I'm pretty sure that there is not problem at all. You should be a bit patient.

    Teamviewer?

    Teamviewer?

    Yes, if the log file is not created I guess maybe letsencrypt is not launched yet by the plugin.

    Unfortunately, teamviewer suck due to the license restrictions...

    Well please, give us the result of the following command on your server:

    Shell-Script
    1. # perl /var/www/imscp/engine/imscp-rqst-mngr -v
