I know your problem, it's a common one.
You just should choose a good provider where to place your vServer... You know what people say: You get what you pay for !Putting one server in the US and one in EU is not the solution, you'll just encounter problems just because when you need to switch you have to touch DNS records. And you have to pray that every customer has followed your instructions in what to type in registrar's interface...

The right approach for doing that would be virtualization, not "brutal" server cloning.
A VMware virtual server in a HA environment will always be reachable, plus a lot of other things like snapshots and so on... -
RDNS Records can only be managed by your ISP

I also had this "problem", but it only occured if 123.123.123.123 was MY IP Address.
So, external mailserver feature, as the name says, should be an external mailserver and not the same where you configured that feature...Please @Nuxwin, correct me if I'm wrong.

Ich denke die meisten verwenden als Mailserver-Cert keins von Letsencrypt.
Für meine Mailserver verwende ich Class2 Zertifikate von StartSSL und habe 2 Jahre RuheSame for me

It sucks that it has to be done like this, but the tech giants require it, for some reason..............
I completely agree with you

@Nuxwin
Thank you for your fast reply, and sorry, I didn't research in youtrack. My bad...@texxasrulez
These servers are not located at home These are virtual servers in a VMware Cloud environment, with granted ressources, granted bandwidth and of course static IP addresses. Backup is done trasparently through snapshots (automagically carried away in another place), my DNS infrastructure is as the rules say it should be. There are a lot of other things you have to own in order to host services... The hardest are related to security, the rest......... -
Of course yes, but I don't manage DNS resource records on the registrar's interface.
On that interface I just registered the 2 DNS servers that are going to resolve the records for that domain.
