Which limits did you configure for the reseller by admin account?
Did you already kill all apache2 processes of the user and restarted apache?
You can see all apache processes of the user with:
ps aufx | grep vuXXXX
Where X is the virtualhost user.

Genau. Du kannst warscheinlich für dein Szenario die Anleitung nicht 100%ig nutzen und ein wenig nachdenken beim Umsetzen. Aber das Grundgerüst stimmt auf alle Fälle für dich

Die Installation auf Ubuntu 12.04 LTS funktioniert einwandfrei. Du musst einfach noch folgende Datei in den richtigen Ordner kopieren, da sie im aktuellen Setup noch nicht vorhanden ist:

a2enmod and a2dismod are the commands for enabling and disabling apache2 mods... Why should it be in the admin-panel when you can do it easily on the shell? And you don't do it every day, so I think it doesn't make sense.

I already pushed the needed files for Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. It is in current Master of i-MSCP on github.
