It would be great if we would have upgrade to RoundCube 1.3.x or even 1.4.x once released. It will contain pretty new responsive interface, which would be nice to have on newer i-MSCP versions. I could update it manually, but I'm not sure if things like password changer would work in new version of Roundcube

Well, I know this tool and I know how it should work. But you still don't understand what is problem here.
When my user on my server send mail, and it's spam scoring is between 5 and the value set in spamassassin reject option, mail is set as spam by my server and is sent to external servers with changed title and with spamassassin explanation in mail body. It should not work like that.
Okay @Nuxwin I think I've discovered a bug.
If reject_spam option in plugin prefs is set for example to 10, mails with spam scoring between 5 and 10 are considered as spam - both incoming and outgoing mails. I think that if there is such setting, it should not send mails from my server, which are flagged as spam.
I think it is not normal that my filter on my server is sending mails to external hosts which are flagged as spam by my server.

I'm facing strange problem with i-mscp 1.3.16 installation on Ubuntu 14.04. When my mails can in theory get between 5 and 10 points of spam in spamassassin, it will be sent to recipient, however it will be sent with spam title in mail title and it will have spam points listed in content. What is strange - this thing is done by my spamassassin server, eg. spamassassin installed on my server (this one used to send emails) is telling recipients that my emails are spam....
Any idea how to change this behavior?
And what if i don't use RoundCube and have other client?
You don't need to use it, you just have to set it once using roundcube as sieve (which is "daemon" for managesieved) is working with dovecot. Of course you can use any other way to set sieve's rules.
IMO, the simplest way here is to install RoundcubePlugins module, enable managesieved in its options and create filter which will remove all e-mails with Undelivered/delivery/undeliverable etc in topic.

2. Any mailer daemon returned mails come to you back or not?
3. mailq command run on server is showing your mails in queue or not?
Also, check your mail by using www.mail-tester.com - you will know if your emails and server configuration is okay or not okay.

(this is what my SPF records looks like, you might need to change it to fit your setup. You can find SPF record generators online.)
2) Add a DMARC record to your domain DNS:
Name: _dmarc.INSERT_DOMAIN_NAME.
Type: TXT
Data: v=DMARC1; p=none
3) Make sure you enable DKIM for the domain, this can be done in the admin panel with OpenDKIM plugin.
By SPF plugin, you mean PolicydSPF? That's for inbound SPF checking for Postfix, not for outbound mail.
AFAIK, in standard i-MSCP installations, the SPF records are set automatically. This looks like OP has some custom DNS configuration of domain.
