How do you have done your DNS settings in your domain? Is it connected straight to your servers's DNS service?

This looks like worst problem here.

You have probably some custom domain configuration, the SPF records are not good here

Enable OpenDKIM for your domains, and check if something will change.

In Thunderbird it should work without any problems if you use IMAP. In Outlook you have to set IMAP Prefix to make it work fine:

- files from /var/www/virtual
- mails from /var/mail/virtual

About configuration - backup all /etc/imscp directory and also all databases related to imscp

This should be enough.

Also remember that if you have installed any plugins and software related to them, you will have to install it again "when anything fails" and if you will have to reinstall your server.

You have to go to admin interface -> tools -> debugger and on bottom of page you will have something like "requests in queue", you will have option to do them now, then check what will happen.

The most simple and option here (and option which will not need to do something in files or with plugins) is to create somewhere domain with 0 at the beginning and it will show as default (eg. 000.com).

Update to 1.3.7 has finished all the problems here.

This error wants to tell you, that DOMAIN2 want to get some file from DOMAIN1, which is forbidden from security reasons. Probably, something went wrong during this update process.
