- How are the ssl cipher at this moment on I-MSCP ? are they strong and modern by standart config?
- I-MSCP supports nginx at this point?

- Ciphers for services can be changed through configuration files. This is more an admin task than other thing. We change them when really needed (e.g to disable sslv2/3 when needed)
- Nginx is supported for the control panel only and listen on specific ports (8080/4443 by default). In near future, we will also implement nginx provider for customer's sites

Your TLS settings can be tested using the Qualys SSLLabs SSL Server Test.If you want to change your settings, edit /etc/apache2/mods-available/ssl.conf. Mozilla has some good recommendations.

You mention apache2 configuration file here but there is many other services where ciphers can be adjusted...
