PolicydWeight - deprecated AHBL blacklist

Hallo,

I installed the PolicydWeight Plugin in version 1.0.0 and there is a real problem using it:

The list rhsbl.ahbl.org (which seems to be a default list) no longer exists and all zones are wildcarded to be spam (http://ahbl.org/node) can you please remove this entry for all in the plugin?

In my opinion there should be a fix inside the plugin or a plugin note telling the administrator to check the blacklist settings first (or maybe directly to tell him to disable ahbl blacklist).
