Links from MSCP-Bot to GitHub are broken

since forum update links to github are broken. See eg. here
Updated errata file and update notices

I cant click on the link.

I know, but i think, this are only from first import.... As i see, these Links are from Old commits..... 2008 as i see...

I will wait for a commit from @Nuxwin to see, if it's really broken

The link are really stranges. For instance: tag:github.com,2008:Grit::Commit/34fa229b8c70da7c8f06ad93efa4c425cf4ec91f

We will see on next commit.
