This is not that I've asked. Please, re-read my post carefully ;)

  • I have already done what wanted, but comes in syslog nothing which has something to do with cron except what I wrote

  • The URL is missing.

I do have the same issue with 1.2.x

In awstats i can see the logs from the past month but there is no log from march.

    Same problem for every customer.

Is this a known issue @Nuxwin?

What you mean by "The URL is missing"?

BTW: The problem reported here was not about awstats... So before saying "same problem for every customer", read carefully.

I'll check stats for both awstats and panel and if this is working as expected, I'll close that thread.

I thought you asked divox for the url.

Sorry you're right this sentence was confusing. For every customer on this (my) server.

I cannot confirm the problem for awstats with last 1.2.x branch state. See the screenshot below.

Do you have fixed the vlogger problem ? --> [1.2.2] Apache access Log in /etc/apache2 after update

BTW: You say that you're using the 1.2.x branch but this is not relevant for us because we are doing changes every days in that branch.

So you're not using the 1.2.x branch but the 1.2.2 version in which the vlogger bug has been introduced. Thus, you must fix the vlogger problem as described in the link and your problem will be fixed. To resume the problem is due to the fact that in i-MSCP 1.2.2 , vlogger stores the log files in a wrong directory ( either in / or /etc/apache2 ) depending on your distro, and thus, the Awstats script which is run through a cron task doesn't find any log file for your domains.

Once you'll have fixed the problem with vlogger, the problem with be fixed on next Awstats cron task run.
