What is the purpose exactly? You can install it but be aware that some operation done through webmin can break some configuration files needed by i-MSCP.
You do not major changes in Webmin as this otherwise i-MSCP destroy. A smooth process for i-MSCP can only be guaranteed if only i-MSCP is installed on the server.
