Migrate to a new server

lets say i want to buy a new server because of a upgrade and then i have to migrate everything from server A to server B

Is this posible with some simple actions or do i have to do it all one by one

and lets say the ip of the server will also change

i am just curious because i read so many different things about it that i now dont know what to believe anymore
and i want to be shure of my choice when i install the i-mscp
