Ubuntu 14.04.1 and i-mscp 1.2.0

I made a new Server with Ubunt 14.04.1 64 bit.

# apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

I am trying to install i-mscp 1.2.0 on that fresh Server Installation but Setup fails with:

Servers::httpd::apache_php_fpm::stop: Unable to stop apache2 service

okay strange! I tried it now on VirtualBox VM which also worked fine etc.
The Problems on Ubuntu 14.04 are just on a Xen Hypervisor. I will need to check the Hypervisor anyway. Thank you!

Can you do me another favor on your Proxmox container

Please install the ServerDefaultPage Plugin. Are you getting all css and files?
I installed the Plugin on that blank i-mscp 1.2.0 installation and the css files are not loaded because apache says 403 Forbidden to subfolders etc.
On Ubuntu 12.04 everything works fine!

Its not working anyway. Css files are missing
