beim erstellen einer Datenbank verstehe ich das Feld SQL-Benutzer-Host nicht wirklich....
Ich will das man von jeder Adresse darauf zugreifen kann. Dann soll man ja angeblich "%%" eingeben, das funktioniert aber nicht.
Oder wird mir das im Popup nur falsch angezeigt?

The host is the machin(es) from which your SQL user is allowed to connect from.
If you want allow connection from any machine, just set the host to % ( and not %% ). There is a typo in the tooltip helper ( should be % and not %% ).
