PhpSwitcher 0.0.9 not work after Upgrade to i-MSCP 1.1.19

Hello,

after Upgrade from i-MSCP 1.1.18 to 1.1.19 PhpSwitcher 0.0.9 will not switch the PHP Versions.

My Config:
i-MSCP 1.1.19
PhpSwitcher 0.0.9 with php 5.2, 5.3 and 5.5 installed
Debian 7 with PHP 5.4

Confirmed. This is due to the PHP5_FASTCGI_BIN variable which has been renamed to PHP_CGI_BIN in the 1.1.19 version. I'll release a new version today.
