Getting apache AH00035 error (Search permission missing) with 1.1.18

I'm trying to upgrade my server from ubuntu 12.04 32 bits to ubuntu 14.04 64 bits.

All works fine but apache. Can't open any webpage, no panel, no pages. logs said:

Same error for all domains.

and, in webbrowser message: "No input file specified." or "error 403"

I trying migration from reiserfs to btrfs too. May be some kind of trouble with apache, imscp and btrfs?

I tried all workaround that i found in web or this forum, none work.

Meanwhile... I was checking all configs... nothins strange at first view. But.....

For any reason, package "libapache2-mod-php5" was uninstalled by imscp installer. Because that i was getting apache errors.

I installed manually libapache2-mod-php5 and all my sites begin to work again, but no panel... (I'm still investiganting this issue)

If I try to reinstall imscp installer, back to apache errors by no libapache2-mod-php5 installed.

So, something is wrong, but, at this time, I can't figure what.
