I'm not use pydio because it take me problems (the native installation), but now net2ftp too.
I'm not worried about because I created a subdomain with pydio and net2ftp (my clients can select anywhere).
Other bug in net2ftp:
If not edit correctly index.php and modify http to https (I don't remember the variable/constant) it take errors when you try to navigate in subfolders (in chrome is fast to solve, but firefox no).
I have to make a ticket?
