but there are only 140 in use?
i think,... hardly used are only 134MB of that 20GB

i thought it is a logical fault, because the memory isn't realy used, its maybe allocated to a costumer but not in use at all?!

You have format like this:

A / B of C

A = really used amount
B = total assigned amount
C = total available amount

Current panel does not provide ability for overselling for resellers. So couted value is correct. Usage percent is B / C not A / C.
