I could solve my problem!

Problem:

Code

Stopping MySQL database server: mysqld failed!
invoke-rc.d: initscript mysql, action "stop" failed.
dpkg: warning: subprocess old pre-removal script returned error exit status 1
dpkg: trying script from the new package instead ...

The solution was as follows:

Kill the mysql-process:

- Ps -A | grep mysql
- kill -9 PID (replace PID with the PIDs you got)
- apt-get update
- apt-get upgrade
- install I-MSCP

I hope I can order further help
