yes, i followd the howto.
i try to fix this.

7.6 Wheezy 32bit should work. I've tested it 3 times.

All images are working with login over vzctl enter AND ssh client (i.e. Putty).

I had to change the keys generation script
and set PermitRootLogin to yes in sshd_config.

If you want, you can test now.
