I'm currently working on your server and so, please, don't touch anything. I've found the cause of the problem. It's a permission problem on the /var/lib/nginx/* directories. It's normally already fixed on your server but I'll do further tests and commit the fixes in our development branch. Please, don't remove my access to your server as long I don't say that it's ok
