Upgrade Plugin - Message "This action is not permitted in demo version."

Hello,

when i Upgrade a Plugin, i become follow Message: "This action is not permitted in demo version." (Also see Screenshot)
The Plugin is updated and it works. Can I safely ignore this message or is there a bug or setting issue?

Hello;

Before upgrading a plugin, you must disable the demo plugin.

At that I've thought of that but the demo plugin is disabled and the message is always displayed when a plugin update.
