I've not yet totally understood how to translate a package but a security advice is to avoid using default database prefix (like wp_ for WordPress ou jom_ for Joomla).
Isn't it possible to use a random set of characters with a length comprised between 2 an 5 for instance ?

My package is an fixed prefix.
someone asked about doing multiple installs of wordpress, just upload more than one copy of the package, and it can be done that many times.
i am also packaging wordpress with themes already installed and activated. my next step is to make a package with a plugin already installed and activated (wordpress firewall), so everyone that installs it has the firewall plugin running. if anyone wants it, i will upload it when i'm done.

It had been nice though, if maybe the install link was simply a "manage" link that gave access to another page, from where you were able to install and uninstall the packages on each domain, so you could have more of the same install over a few domains. 
like your Idea with the themes and plugins preinstalled.
