  • The 1.1.4 is buggy. You must wait the 1.1.5. Also, www is not allowed as subdomain... If you have a subdomain www, this will break the iinstaller...

  • Thank you for your help. I deleted the www subdomain in version 1.1.3 and now the Upgrade to 1.1.5 is stopping with this Messages:

  • Hello ;

    SImple do a dump of the imscp_roundcube database, then delete it, then rerun installer. You can also send me your teamviewer IDS if you prefer.

  • I get a similar problem:

    [ERROR]

    main::setupRebuildCustomerFiles:

    [ERROR]

    iMSCP::Debug::END: Exit code: 1

    [ERROR]

    main::run:
    gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
    /bin/tar: Child returned status 1
    /bin/tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

    iMSCP::Debug::END: Exit code: 1

    With 1.1.4 everything seems to be quite normal, but trying to upgrade to 1.1.5 shows me this message and breaks the panel, just showing:

    An error has been encountered
    An error occurred. Please contact your administrator.

  • Hello ;

    @domatix

    First please, don't pollute other threads with your own problems that are not similar at all... Next time, I'll simply remove your post. ;)

    About the error which you don't see when using the 1.1.4 version, this is because in that version (which is full of problems) the errors were not catched and thus, ignored silently which is bad. This problem was also in previous versions. In 1.1.5, all errors are catched and the installer is stopping in such a case, which give the administrator a chance to see the errors and fix them correctly.

    I've not my crystal ball with me but it seem that some of your domains are in restore mode (look at their status in the database), which is the cause of the problem...

    If you need online support, send me your teamviewer IDS or ssh access data.

  • Nuxwin thank you very much for your help. Droping the Database and then installing Version 1.1.5 solved the Problem!

    Thank you!
