Mira un post que hay por ahi de migrar un servidor pero no iscp a i-mscp si no el propio i-mscp a un server nuevo con i-mscp... el DUMP a toda la sql y @'Nuxwin tiene posteadas las consultas, que borres los vu????, y ejecutes el script de instalacion,

Yo lo he probado 2 un par de virutales y lo deja correctamente todo

Pero es que ni siquiera necesita sea la misma version del panel... si es otra version lo hara igualmente...

Eso si... quita lo plugins antes de hacer el dump te puedes ahorrar mucho dolor de cabeza y cuando migres se los montas de nuevo.
