i-MSCP Demo plugin

This plugin allow the following:

• Display a dialog box on the login page to allow the users to choose the account they want use to login
• Protect some users accounts against deletion and password modification
• Provide an actions list that must be disabled

Since we have now a plugin management interface, it's no longer needed to edit the /etc/imscp/imscp.conf file to enable/disable the Demo plugin.
