I want to thanks Nuxwin that solve my problem with positiveSSL certificate.
My Intermediate CA Certificate was outdated and so, Nuxwin downloaded the new versions.
Unforchantly Comodo send me a wrong Certificate.

Following your problem with outdated intermediate certificates, I've opened a ticket on namecheap. They answered me and need more info. They want know your Order ID to be able to check what was wrong with their partner (Comodo CA) which was responsible to send you the intermediate certificates.

Intermediate certificate for Positive SSL has been changed indeed, but
it is no longer in use and shouldn`t have been sent after 23 Feb 2012.
Please also note that validated certificate is sent directly by Comodo CA, so that we will check directly with them.
