How to setup customer without Database (latest Git Master)

I installed the latest git master yersterday on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and tried to setup a new customer without database support now.
Everytime I set "SQL Database Limit (-1 disabled, 0 unlimited)" to "-1" I get the error "SQL user limit is disabled." when pressing "next step" button. The behaviour is indepentend of the value set for "SQL user limit (-1 disabled, 0 unlimited)".

Can anybody tell me how to setup customer without database support correctly?
