How to add a renewed SSL cert to CP?

I have to renew my main cert for my control panel. Do I need to run the wizard or can I just copy it over the old one?

If the certificat is ready to use AS THIS, you can replace the one from the /etc/imscp directory and restart Apache. Otherwise, you have to run imscp-setup -dr ssl
