Not able to raise post_max_size,upload_max_filesize,max_execution_time under
Settings>General settings

changing it direct in the php.ini file does not seem to take either when importing a sql file server times out

Yes as admin after restarting server a couple times it let me set a higher limt for post_max_size but for upload_max_filesize & max_execution_time still gives me Error in php.ini values
