After an update from imscp, i lost my custom configuration on 00_master/00_master_ssl, /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname.
How is it possible to change these configurations without loosing it on imscp update.

You should create a plugin which add your custom modification instead of changing the i-MSCP templates. See in the plugins corner. Some example are available. -

Or just create a simple hook file with your modifications. Could be easier for the beginning.

As Nuxwin already mentioned, on the Plugin Corner you will find some Plugins which you could check and some Plugins also have a hook file.
