DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in phpMyAdmin, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct clickjacking attacks.
The vulnerability is reported in versions 4.0.x prior to 4.0.5.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 4.0.5 or later.
