    Quote

    Jul 30 21:35:42 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16669]: connect from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.22]
    Jul 30 21:35:42 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16669]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.22]: 554 5.7.1 <webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de>: Relay access denied; from=<[email protected]> to=<webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de> proto=SMTP helo=<mailout-de.gmx.net>
    Jul 30 21:35:42 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16669]: disconnect from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.22]

  • I have a problem with emails...
    My scenario...
    I have the domain myDomain.de.

On the server with this domain are different advisors which get a subdomain of the domain myDomain.de.

For a better overview i add every subdomain as a customer:

    • Berater_A.meineDomain.de (IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.2)
    • Berater_B.meineDomain.de (IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.2)
    • Berater_C.meineDomain.de (IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.2)

Then there are 2 subdomains with a ssl cert and every subdomin has his own ip.

    • SSLDomain_A.meineDomain.de (IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.3)
    • SSLDomain_B.meineDomain.de (IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.4)

imscp creates for every customer the deafult emailadresses...
    Everything works fine.

If i send an email to webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de i can see in the log "mail.log" this error:

    Quote

    Jul 30 21:35:42 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16669]: connect from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.22]
    Jul 30 21:35:42 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16669]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.22]: 554 5.7.1 <webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de>: Relay access denied; from=<[email protected]> to=<webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de> proto=SMTP helo=<mailout-de.gmx.net>
    Jul 30 21:35:42 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16669]: disconnect from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.22]

The emailadress ((webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de) is forwarded to a t-online emailadress.

But if i send an email to a domain with SSL webmaster@SSLDomain_A.meineDomain.de the email will arrive...
    I don't know where i made a mistake

  • Mhhhh....
I think i found the problem, but i don't know to fix it...

    I'd a look to the /etc/postfic/imscp/domains

Every Domain wich has a problem with the webmaster isn't available in this file.
    So i add the domain

    Quote

    Berater_A.meineDomain.de vdmn_entry

After this a postmap /etc/postfic/imscp/domains and a reload of postfix...
Now the email arrived and was greylistet...

    Quote

    Jul 30 22:08:04 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16866]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.23]: 450 4.2.0 <webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de>: Recipient address rejected: Greylisted, see http://postgrey.schweikert.ch/…fungsberater-pool.de.html; from=<[email protected]> to=<webmaster@Berater_A.meineDomain.de> proto=SMTP helo=<mailout-de.gmx.net>
    Jul 30 22:08:04 srv04 postfix/smtpd[16866]: disconnect from mailout-de.gmx.net[213.165.64.23]

    And the Email arrives

    Any ideas?

Is possible to recreate this file... I don't want to add every domains per hand

Edited once, last by TheCry ().

  • Just set status to change for mails and run rqst-mangr

  • Ah, ok. you have too add that domain to /etc/imscp/postfix/domains. Now your domain stays (utill next update if you overwrite that file).

  • Yes...
If i add the domains manually to this file, they will be deleted if the system edit this file.

But the existing domains are not available... And i don't know why. And i can't add them with the system... And i don't want to delete the domain and add it one more again...

  • Yes...
If i add the domains manually to this file, they will be deleted if the system edit this file.

Sure, the system fill it out with that informations that it has.

If you edit it on the fly, the system will delete it after next update:)

    The fastes way to recreate

    Quote

    /etc/imscp/postfix/domains

    and

    Quote

    /etc/imscp/postfix/domains.db

is, too delete it :) ------------>>>>>>>> (MAKE BACKUP)

After this, just add any domain or simple subdomain in imscp and the files will be recreate

Edited once, last by scysys ().

  • I know... Thats the reason why i want to create this entries with imscp itself.
If i edit this files and create the db file with postmap the 2 files should be copied toi the folder /etc/imscp/postfix/working/. Then the entries shouldn't deleted after adding new domains in imscp.

But i don't want to do this. Because the entries wasn't added by the system.
And i want to know the reason. Maybe a bug.

And the way to add them later if i change the db entry to change doesn't work
