Plugin LetsEncrypt 3.6.0 error DST Root CA X3 error 10 at 3 depth lookup: certificate has expired

When renewing ssl using the Plugin LetsEncrypt 3.6.0 i get on all domains error:

Seems that the root CA has been expired ? How to fix this ? First time i have this error.

Its has been renewed with the lets encrypt plugin. I did buy at the plugin store. Always did work. So why suddenly this error ? Problem with the plugin ? Time and date are correct on the server. Reinstall the plugin ? Anny clu ? How to trouble shoot ?
