FTP & database - auto create after new user was added

I'm looking for a listener which automatically creates an FTP & database account after a new customer account has been created one-shot for the main (login) domain name.

I do not want to change anything in the code therefore my question ... would it be possible to create a listener file based on an event trigger ... or should I better use the WHMCS plugin via imSCP API to automatically create a default FTP and database account?

I would pay for the creation of a special listener file.
