Apache stop and apache dont reload after subdomain added.

Hello!

Please somebody help me. Somehow i screwed up my installation. My apache randomly just freeze and hang on. I couldnt find what is the problem.

The another problem is that everytime if i add a new domain, or if my letsencrypt cert's are refreshed i need manually reload the apache.

Somebody can fix my installation to bugfix this errors, or i just need to reinstall everything?

Of Course, i dont ask the help for free!

That recofigure will let all my reseller and domain remain or i need to rsetup all of them again?
