Install i-mscp on Raspberry Pi 2 & 3

Hi,

I have never tried but I think ubuntu (mate?) should work. Maybe Debian (sorry, Raspbian will not work as it is build on Debian 7 and i-mscp needs at least Debian 8 at the moment) is a better choice (As I do only work with Debian

So please give it a try and report it back!
