    Sorry, but where do I find (which menü(s)) the PHP-Settings as Admin for Users in i-MSCP 1.5.1 Build: 20170908 Codename: Ennio Morricone?

    At first you have to give the PHP editing permissions to the reseller.
    After this you have to give the same permission to the customer.
    Then you will find the button under domains of the customer!
