Lets Encrypt can not be installed

Hello!

I am trying a new installation to check my webapps and stuck with the installation of lets encrypt.

debian 9, lxc container with i-mscp settings
php 7.1
maria db 10.2
i-mscp 1.4.7

I get the following error:

Plugin::LetsEncrypt::enable: E: Packages were downgraded and -y was used without --allow-downgrades.

I can not find any information using the search function here.

Run apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade and once done force retry
